Abstract:
Honghuagou gold deposit is of auriferous sulfide-quartz type, whose host structure are the fractures striking NNW to S-N and NNE to NE.The wall rock includes amphibolite and diorite porphyrite. The deposit is spacially related to K-feldspaothized metasomatic-remelting granite.Study on lithogeochemistry, microelement,REE and Pb,Sr,S,C,O and H isotopic geochemistry suggests that the ore-forming matter is derived from basemental Archean greenstone formation, mainly diopside-bearing amphibolite and its remelting products, but not genetically related to Mesozoic granite or volcanic rocks. The deposit is Archean greestone-related metasomatic-remelting magma hydrothermal origin. The mineralization is characterized by affinity, inheriting and multistage superimposition.
