    内蒙古扎兰屯地区新立屯岩体锆石U-Pb年龄及地球化学特征

    ZIRCON U-Pb AGE AND GEOCHEMISTRY OF THE XINLITUN INTRUSIVE ROCKS IN ZHALANTUN AREA, INNER MONGOLIA

    • 摘要: 对内蒙古扎兰屯地区新立屯岩体进行了系统的地球化学及锆石U-Pb同位素年代学研究,并对其岩浆源区和成因进行讨论.研究结果表明,扎兰屯地区花岗闪长岩中锆石具有典型的岩浆振荡生长环带和较高的Th/U比值(0.63~1.07),反映了岩浆成因特征.LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb定年结果为135.6±1.3 Ma.岩石SiO2含量63.49%~66.68%,具有高钾钙碱性特征,呈准铝质特点.LREE/HREE比值和(La/Yb)N比值分别为10.07~13.42、15.8~23.3,为轻稀土富集、重稀土亏损型.δEu值0.61~0.80,为弱亏损.以上特征表明,扎兰屯地区新立屯岩体为准铝质I型花岗岩.新立屯岩体呈高Sr低Yb型,形成于较高压的下地壳.具有类似于活动大陆边缘花岗岩的岩石组合特征,暗示其可能形成于活动大陆边缘构造背景,即与古太平洋板块的俯冲有关.

       

      Abstract: Based on the study of geochemistry and zircon U-Pb isotopic chronology of the Xinlitun intrusive rocks in Zhalantun area, Inner Mongolia, the magma source and petrogenesis are discussed. The zircons from Xinlitun granodiorite, which yield a LA-ICP-MS U-Pb age of 135.6±1.3 Ma, show typical oscillatory growth rings and high Th/U ratios (0.63-1.07), indicating a magmatic origin. The rocks, with SiO2 content of 63.49% to 66.68%, present high potassium calcalkaline and metaluminous characteristics. The ratios of LREE/HREE (10.07-13.42) and (La/Yb)N (15.8-23.3) suggest enrichment of LREE and deficiency of HREE. The δEu values range from 0.61 to 0.80, showing weak deficiency. These features suggest that the Xinlitun rock body belong to metaluminous I-type granite. The Xinlitun granite, with high Sr and low Yb, was formed in the lower crust in high pressure. The rock association characteristics of Xinlitun rock body is similar to those of the active continental margin granite, suggesting that it be possibly formed in active continental margin and related to the subduction of Paleo-Pacific plate.
