    重量法测定镍矿中的氧化镁

    MEASUREMENT OF MAGNESIUM OXIDE IN NICKEL ORES WITH GRAVIMETRIC METHOD

    • 摘要: 建立镍矿中测定氧化镁的分析方法,采用磷酸氢二铵形成磷酸铵镁沉淀来计算氧化镁的质量分数.研究镍的存在形式、温度、沉淀剂、陈化时间、干扰元素对结果的影响.最佳条件为灼烧温度1100℃,沉淀剂用量20 mL,陈化时间5 h以上.方法检出限为1%,相对标准偏差0.31%~4.38%,回收率98.9%~100.3%.本方法准确度高,操作简单,适合镍矿中氧化镁的测定.

       

      Abstract: The gravimetric method is established for measurement of magnesium oxide in nickel ore, by which the mass fraction of magnesium oxide is calculated with the magnesium ammonium phosphate precipitation produced from ammonium dibasic phosphate. With study on the effect of nickel occurrence, temperature, precipitant, aging time and interference elements on the results, it is concluded that the optimum conditions include burning temperature of 1100℃, 20 mL of precipitant dosage and aging time more than 5 h. The method detection limit is 1%, with relative standard deviation of 0.31%-4.38% and recovery rate of 98.9% to 100.3%. The method is accurate with simple operation, suitable for determining magnesium oxide in nickel ores.
