Abstract: The authors confirm the existence of Middle Jurassic adakite which is rich in mafic microgranular enclaves (MMEs) in Yiwulyushan, Liaoning Province. With analysis of the petrological and geochemical characteristics of the rocks, the tectonic evolution process in the region is divided into four phases, of which the tectonic settings are studied based on recent research results.
