Abstract: The Zhengguang gold deposit in Heilongjiang Province is of epithermal magmatic type. The orebodies are distributed near the diorite and dioritic porphyrite and the internal or external contact zone. The ore-host structures are the NNE-,NNW-,NEE- and NE-trending structural fracture belts. Based on the study of orefield geology,deposit characteristics and metallogenic regularity, the prospecting indicators are summarized.
