Abstract:
According to the soil geochemical survey data in Dalian-Yingkou area, southern Liaoning Province, the geochemical parameters of 53 elements are counted, which shows the change rules of elements in soil, and the content characteristics of elements are compared and summarized. Compared with the value of Chinese soil (layer A), each element content in the soil of southern Liaoning is relatively stable. The study on the distribution and characteristics of element content in different soil types indicates that the soil parent material is an important factor affecting element content. The effects of heavy metals on soil environmental quality are also evaluated. The comprehensive quality of soil geochemistry in southern Liaoning is good as a whole:The first and second class (risk-free, priority protection) soils cover a large area of 19 486 km
2, accounting for 96.37% of the total area; the third class (risk-controllable, safe utilization) soil, 648 km
2, 3.2%; while the fifth class(high risk, strict control) soil, 86 km
2, only 0.43%. Good soil environmental quality provides reliable geochemical basis for agricultural production and land planning and utilization, and new understanding for the study of soil eco-geochemistry in the area as well.
