Abstract:
Based on the outcrop informaiton, the organic geochemical analysis technique is applied to study the Linxi Formation in southern Daxinganling region and the development of source rocks for favorable exploration directions. The results show that the Upper Permian Linxi Formation is widely developed, which was mainly deposited in the delta-lacustrine environment. The total organic carbon (TOC) of dark mudstone from the formation is medium in content, with organic matter types of Ⅱ
2-Ⅲ and thermal evolution reaching the high-post mature stage. From the above, the oil-gas exploration should keep away from the intrusive rock areas. The areas covered by Mesozoic strata have better storage and caprock conditions.
