    METHOD OF SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION FOR TRACE BISMUTH AND SELENIUM IN GEOCHEMICAL SAMPLES BY ATOMIC FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETER

    • 摘要: 应用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法同时测定化探样品中的Bi和Se,用1:1王水处理样品,在10%的盐酸介质中测定Bi、Se,其检出限分别为0.0005μg/mL和0.0002μg/mL.本方法具有一次熔矿便可以同时测定Bi、Se的含量,且具操作简单、快速、基体干扰少、灵敏度高、其结果稳定、可靠、节省试剂等特点,适用于大批化探样品中Bi、Se同时联测.

       

      Abstract: Traditionally, the determination for trace Se by the method of hydrogenide producing and atomic fluorescence spectrum adopts the complex mineral melting way, that is, melting the minerals with versa aqua regia and, and then detecting after the smoking of perchloric acid under low temperature. It is both time-consuming and waste of agent. In the method introduced by this paper, Se is detected in the solution that is for Bi testing. By the verification for the testing limit, precision and recovery rate, the result is satisfactory. This method can measure the contents of Bi and Se at the same time by melting minerals once, with simple and quick operation, less interference, high sensitivity and stable and reliable results. It is also agent saving, suitable for combined testing of Bi and Se in batch of geochemical samples.
