Abstract: Huangsongdianzi conglomerate type of gold deposit occured in conglomerate of the lower part of Miocene series Tumenzi formation. Mtiltilayer interparall orebodies cxisted in gold deposit, whereas the lower strata orebody is the best one. Orebodies are mostly banded and stabte in strike and dip.The high grade of gold is 2-4g/m³, the grain of it mostly tabular and more than 0.25mm in size, the degree of purity of it from 912.7 to 936.8.This type of deposit mostly distributed in the areas which are with richful mineral-coming, warm-humid paleoclimate、suitable hydroolynamic condition and favourable sedimentary environment, searching for conglomerate type of gold deposit in above areas can get twice the result with half the effort in exploration.
