Pb-ISOTOPIC GEOCHEMICAL CHARACTER OF VEIN-TYPE GOLD DEPOSITS IN NORTHERN HEBEI

    • From geological background of vein-type gold deposits in northern Hebei and based on systematical study of Pb-isotopic character of rock masses of Archean related-with gold mineralization, the writers consider that the ore materials of vein-type gold deposits in this area come from ancient crust or mantle. It is emphasized in this paper that the gold deposits yielded in metamorphic rocks or in granite, alkaline rock and ultramafic rock are all controlled by deep fault and mobilized zone in ancient doming. The regional difference of Pb-isotopes oi gold deposits in eastern and northwestern Hebei and their genesis and are discussed in this paper.
