POSSIBLE PROSPECTING AREAS OF VOLCANOGENIC TYPE GOLD DEPOSITS IN EAST HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE

The Mesozo-Cenozoic volcanic rocks are widely distributed in east Heilongjiang province. They are formed in a tectono-magmatized region based on the precambrian metamorphic rocks which belong to the volcanic rock belt of Circum-pacific ocean. Prospecting to looking for volcanogenic gold deposits may be possible. The Large-scale gold deposit in Tuanjiegou is typical. On the basis of geological setting, characteristic and formative conditions of typical gold deposit and geochemical anormaly, possible prospecting areas of volcanogenic type gold deposits are discussedand are three mineralogenic perspective areas are discerned in east Heilougjiang province.
