    RECENT STUDIES ON GENETIC MODEL OF SEDIMENTARY ROCK-HOSTED GOLD DEPOSITS ABROAD

    • The following contents of genetic model of sedimentary rock-hosted gold deposition recognized abroad are concerned in this paper; 1) source of ore-forming materials; mainly from syngenetic exhalation, sedimentary rocks, sedimentometamorphic rocks, upper-lower crust and magmatic thermal solution; 2) controlling conditions; faults (mainly the upper block of thrust), temperature-pressure range; 3) movement and deposition of ore-forming materials:moving mostly as Cl-and HS- complex compound and their precipitation mainly controlled by temperature, pressure, pH and Eh values and waterlrock exchange; 4) tectonic settings:early paleoxoic and late Mesoxoic continental shelf and shallow sea on passive margin. convergent plate margin. continentad extensional structures or rifz svstems.
