    THE CHARACTERISTICS OF COMPOSITION AND THERMOLUMINESCENCE OF QUARTZ IN SHAOGUOYINGZI GOLD DEPOSIT

    • Shaoguoyingzi gold deposit belongs to magmatic hydrothermal type.Gold mineralization is closely associated with silicification.Quartz is the main vein mineral.The characteristics of composition of quartz show that gold mineralization is genetically related to magmatic hydrothermalism.The characteristics of thermoluminescence of quartz may be used to distinguish mineralization types.The type of curves is gentle monopeak.From shallow to deep,the thermoluminescence intensity becomes weaker,which may be served as auxiliary information for prospecting and prediction.
