THE APPLICATION OF MINERALOGICAL MAPPING ON PROSPECTING IN JINLONGGOU GOLD FIELD,TANJIANSHAN

On the basis of geologic features of Jinlonggou gold deposit,the author stresses on the application of prospecting mineralogical mapping The mapping by pyrite pyroelectricity characteristic parameter can not only determine orebody's denuded depth and extension,subquartitatively estimate orebody's vertical depth and indicate the deposit scale,but also set up temperature field and determine ore fluid's moving centre and transporting direction The curve feature of quartz thermoluminescence can identify the types of ore,mineralized and barren quartz,and reflect metallogenic periods and stages,temperature range and mineralizing intensity.
