    • The Mesozoic volcanic activity in northern Daxing'anling Mts.(NDM) is very violent,in which a lot of geologists are interested The volcanic rocks,formed mainly in Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous(150~100 Ma),are divided into the Tamulangou formation(J3t),Jixiangfeng formation(J3j),Shangkuli formation(K1s) and Yilikede formation(K1y).
