DISCUSSION ON THE GEOLOGY AND GENESIS OF LIBA GOLD DEPOSIT IN LIXIAN, GANSU PROVINCE

    • Liba gold deposit in Lixian, Gansu Province, belonging to altered fracture zone type, is hosted in Devonian epi-metamorphic fine clastic rocks. The ore bodies are strictly controlled by faults. The ore-forming matters are derived mainly from deep strata. The ore-forming fluid is a mixture of meteoric water, metamorphic water and magmatic water. The Zhongchuan granite serves as the heating dynamics for metallization.
