Abstract
Study on the stable isotope, fluid inclusions and REEs for the ores and ore-bearing rock series in the Jijiaogou gold deposit in Subei County, Gansu Province indicates that the deposit was formed in rift environment during post collision orogeny. The ore-forming matters were derived from mainly intermediate-basic to ultrabasic volcanic rocks. It is an epithermal deposit with low-te mperature and low-salinity. The sulfur is magma-derived. The mineral fluid is dominantly from atmospheric water and later extraction of magmatic water. The deposit genetically belongs to epithermal type related to magmatism.
