GEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PROSPECTING GUIDE OF THE ZEMODUOLA COPPER-GOLD DEPOSIT IN CENTRAL GANDISE, TIBET

    • The Zemoduola copper-gold deposit is located in central Gandise, Tibet, with ore bodies occurring in the fracture zones within the contact of crystalline limestone and volcanic rocks, granodiorite or bojite. Soil geochemical survey shows high Cu and Au abnormalities led by mineralization. Lithogeochemical survey suggests that ore-bearing rocks exist in the abnormality center. The deposit is in a favorable structural background, with great exploring potential.
