STUDY ON THE INCENTIVE MECHANISM OF GREEN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AND UTILIZATION

The values of green resources developing and utilizing model are expounded in respect of ethics and economics. The intrinsic contradictions to implement green resources development and utilization are analyzed. It is put forward that the equity between generations is the ethical basis of green resources development and utilization. The promoting of market and government and the incentive compatibility in resources developing industry are the important impetus to implement green resources development and utilization. The incentive mechanism of market, government and resources developing and utilizing industry is optimized by game theory.
