DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF THE LAND PLAN GIS OF LIAONING PROVINCE

The backward traditional means of land plan management has no longer met the requirement of the in formation construction for land plan. Considering the office work of land plan management, the authors present a GIS-based information system on the planning and management of land resources. The information system is introduced in details, such as the functions of the system, the overall system design, database and technology. The system would im prove the routine management of the land plan administrators, and also help them to make decisions in land planning.
