Abstract
The integrated geo-information modeling method is adapted in the reserves estimation. The large scaled geological, geophysical, geochemical and remote sensing data are collected and studied. The predicted areas are divided on the basis of different prediction and evaluation models. Combining with the comprehensive information ore-predicting theory, the prospective metallogenic zones of the Pb-Zn deposits in Liaoning Province are delineated. The amount of reserves is estimated with the geological parameter volume method. The quantitative analysis is carried out for the predicted resources based on different depths, grades, precisions, availability, prediction models and deposit types.
