GEOCHEMICAL ASSESSMENT FOR LAND QUALITY: Function in Land Planning and Management

The paper introduces the concept and methods of land planning and assessment, focusing on the definition, principles, task, program and technology of geochemical assessment for land quality during the land assessment. With application examples, the geochemical assessment for land quality and grading for agriculture land are explained. It is proved that the geochemical assessment for land quality will supply an important basis for land planning and management.
