Abstract
The Dianda Pb-Zn deposit is located in Changdu metallogenetic sub-belt of Changdu-Puer metallogenetic belt, where the regional NW- and NWW-trending faults and folds are quite developed. The Pb-Zn ore bodies occurs as stratoid and veins in the medium-thick micrite of Bolila formation(T3b) in the hanging wall of F1 fault along the contact zone. The ores, with simple types, are controlled by strata and structures obviously. According to its geology and regional tectonic evolution history, the deposit is considered as a typical stratabound hydrothermal vein type Pb-Zn deposit being hosted in carbonate rocks. The metallogenetic model of the deposit is also established.
