Abstract
The Huojihe molybdenum deposit in Heilongjiang Province occurs in the Late Triassic-Early Jurassic granodiorite in the north part of Yichun-Yanshou granite belt. The molybdenite is hosted in the fractures of granodiorite, genetically belonging to veinlet-disseminated deposit type. The ore-bearing granitoid involves mainly granodiorite and monzogranite. The zircon U-Pb dating result of diagenetic age of the granodiorite is 190.3±2.4 Ma, suggesting that the mineralization age of the Huojihe molybdenum deposit is Early Yanshanian.
