MINERALIZATION AND PROSPECT OF THE SALINE RESOURCES IN HANDANXINGTAI REGION, HEBEI PROVINCE

Based on the exploration data of geology and petroleum, with a comprehensive analysis of the Cenozoic sedimentary basin in Handan-Xingtai region, it is preliminarily concluded that the second, third and fourth members of Shahejie Formation and the upper dolostone of Kongdian Formation of Paleogene are the major hosts for saline resources in the area. According to these mineralizing conditions, the prospective areas are suggested.
