AHP-BASED SUITABILITY ZONATION AND ASSESSMENT FOR THE GROUND-SOURCE HEAT PUMP SYSTEM IN SHENYANG CITY

    • Based on MapGIS platform, in consideration of the geological conditions, groundwater dynamic conditions and thermal physical parameters of strata, the suitability of ground-source heat pump system in Shenyang municipal district is evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The assessment index system is established, involving pebble layer thickness, depth of groundwater table, groundwater runoff conditions, thermal conductivity of strata and specific heat capacity. The weights and scores of each index are then calculated. According to the score, the municipal district is divided into the three areas, i.e., the most suitable area, suitable area and unsuitable area. The result is expected to provide technical support for the shallow geothermal development and utilization in the region.
