STUDY ON THE OBJECT-ORIENTED COMPUTER AIDED SYSTEM FOR GEOLOGICAL SURVEY

Based on the idea of object-oriented programming, the computer-aided system for geological mapping is discussed.Combining the field practice of geological survey, three basic classes, i.e.point, line and surface, are set up.The attributes for the three classes are defined.The administration to the graph layers of the system as well as database is also discussed on the basis of the three classes.
