  • The Heyuan region of Daxinganling Mountains in Inner Mongolia is covered by forest and marsh, where the 1:50000 geochemical reconnaissance work should be done by ways of soil survey. The method trial has defined the sampling density for soil survey as 4-12 spot/km2. The grain size for samples is in the range of 4 to 80 per inch.The eluvium is the favorable layer for sampling. The result of anomaly delineation by this method is satisfied. And certain mineralization clues have been found.
