  • There are mainly three period tectonic movements that affect the south-east Liaoning area in Mesozoic Era, besides they are different:(a).The Indosinian movement in Triassic period is characterized by tectonic lines of Wast-East stretching, and "S" type granite. (b).The early Yarishan movement by the end of late Jurassic peroid is characterized by the overthrusting with the lineations trending NWW-SEE, (c). From the end of late Jurassic to early Cretaceous, the late Yanshan movement producted a lot of sinistral displacement faults trending NE or NNE-ward. The gold deposits mainly formed in the end of late Jurassic to early Cretaceous peroid.
